Recently we attended an overseas event, kick-off of our company in the US. During this trip one of my staff members got very dramatic news and had to rush back from the US home. The time difference was 9 hours. So in the middle of the night (South African time) we called our agent on her personal mobile number. She woke up; left all behind and in a record 4 hours she had all the travel organised. She re-arranged tickets, had it all organised and 5 hours later I got bring my employee to the airport and home.
