Welcome to my business travel webpage – my name is Colette Malherbe, your Personal Business Travel Counsellor based in Durbanville. I grew up in the Cape and remain a loyal Stormers supporter! I deal with clients based all over South Africa – thank you for the opportunity to present my travel services to you.

I have over 23 years experience in both the Corporate & Leisure Travel industries, managing travel arrangements for small independent to large international corporate companies - based in South Africa and abroad. I understand and anticipate the needs of business travellers, and I am used to dealing with the high demands & pressure of last minute travel arrangements that can be associated with business travel, not only locally but internationally as well.

I can arrange anything from an airport transfer to conferencing or international trade fair visits. Travel Counsellors is based in 7 countries, originating in the UK since 1994, and in South Africa from 2007. We are BEE Accredited.

In partnership with Travel Counsellors, I am able to offer the best in airline, car and hotel deals, and I’m happy to negotiate directly with suppliers on your behalf. Running my own business from home gives me the best of both worlds – time with my family; and with the amazing back office support that I receive from Travel Counsellors, I have more time to devote to my clients’ travel arrangements. I am home-based, but not home-bound, and should it be necessary I am always available to meet with you at a convenient time and place.

I believe my personal commitment to service excellence, combined with extensive training on various flight operating systems, airline fares & ticketing procedures, Phenix (Travel Counsellors’ ground breaking dynamic packaging system), my wealth of travel knowledge as well as a passion for what I do, will be of benefit to you and your company.
