Our group of 81 people attended the IMTA convention in New York in July 2013. In my opinion to keep everybody satisfied is a mere impossible task, but Helen achieved near perfection with a remarkable job. Her attention to detail, public relations and just doing those little "extra things" are worth mentioning. I can say with confidence that Helen handled every request with dignity and as a true professional. A month ago I had to fly to Cape Town for a family emergency. I had to catch the next flight out and was in a panic. Helen was amazing, within minutes everything was organised. She was calm and sympathetic, just what I needed at that moment. She even thought to organise the online check-in as my time was limited. I will definitely use her again and refer her services to others.

Helen's great - she's been looking after our (personal & business) travel arrangements for years and nothing is ever too much trouble for her (or too late at night or too early in the morning - I spoke to her not so long ago, and she solved my problem in her normal chirpy way and then she casually remarked that she was in Cuba and it was 3 o'clock in the morning!). I would highly recommend Helen.
