Lyndill came into our Office's travel life just a few short months ago - I wish I could recall how - and I wish I could remember how we ever coped without her. My working role noticeably lightened when she took over travel bookings from me.
From the smallest travel need, to the most way-out destination requirement (which our Consultants have to fly to), Lyndill has always been simply amazing. She answers WhatsApp messages at the speed of light, no matter what time of day. And if she is unable to assist you in that moment, she let's you know immediately and gets back to you as soon as possible. We have had one or two travel hiccups, not to mention more travel changes to existing tickets than I can possibly recall, and she always handle these things with ease, speed and grace.

We have a business that requires travel locally and internationally on a very regular basis.
In September we had a team of 7 that had to work in Northern Brazil in very remote areas.
We had a very tight schedule and a complicated shift of workers back and forth from South Africa to Brazil with more than one connecting flight.
All went extremely well and was handled very professionally. To top it all, I lost my passport on one of the flights which had major repercussions.
Lyndill was on the matter in a flash and helped to sort the matter out within a record time.
We will not use anybody else in the future. With Lyndill on the team we can focus on the work to be done and know that our travel arrangements are taken care of.

I work as part of an Agricultural Consulting team that travels internationally. Recently we completed a project in South America that required 3 connecting flights, return for 7 people travelling separately over a period of a month. The logistics were fairly complex, yet Lyndill helped us with so much dedication one would think she is part of the team.
We are grateful for her contribution to a very successful trip, she made it easier by us not worrying about the travel plans.
