I completed my certificate in Travel and Tourism in 1998 at the Travel and Tourism Academy, which included Galileo, a Global Distribution System. Over the years I completed fares courses ranging from basic fares to advanced fares and ticketing. I have been fortunate to travel throughout South Africa, covered most of Namibia, and experienced Gaborone, Malawi, London, Paris, Rome, Brussels, Antwerp, Sydney, Melbourne and Seychelles as a tourist.

During my career, I have managed portfolios ranging from SMME businesses to global companies. This experience has developed my skill to sustain, retain, and develop lasting relationships built on trust and open communication.
