My name is Nicola Rautenbach and I am passionate about all the aspects of the travel industry.

I have been in the industry since 1989, at the age of 19 years old, when I started working for a travel agency in Cape Town. Up until December 2013 I was still working for this same travel agency.

I started as a Junior Consultant and am now an experienced Senior Consultant with 25 years experience.

I have specialised in corporate and business travel over the years and always enjoyed the leisure off spin that has come from my regular clients when they have taken time out from their busy schedules, to go on holidays with their families.

I am very aware of the time constraints and pressured travel timetables that many business travellers have to deal with and I am ready to assist to make this as easy and flexible as possible.

As I am based at home, I will be available at any time as I no longer work the normal office hours. After hours calls are welcomed and I will always be on hand to assist.

The back – office and support that Travel Counsellors provides is fantastic for both me and you, in all aspects of our travel requirements. Travel Counsellors is a member of IATA and we are currently a level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
